Taking saw palmetto by mouth has little or no benefit for reducing BPH symptoms. Saw palmetto doesn't seem to reduce the need to go to the bathroom at night or reduce painful urination.
Haven’t been taking these for long but I think they may be working. Will continue using them.

i’m usually seeing great results with da vinci but strangely for this i’ve yet to see any impact on DHT induced: hair shedding, oily scalp, irritation. maybe i’m expecting too much too quick… 1 month in
A very well known brand. Good ingredients and the price is good compared to other brand. Didn’t notice any benefits yet after 3 months. Maybe I’ll take it for another 3 monthes to see if it is going to block DHT
