Vira-Shield, 120 Tablets

This has been one of my most helpful finds on my journey toward recovery from mold illness. One of my doctors recommends taking a broad spectrum anti-fungal, and this works really well. I get a lot of sinus pain and whenever I take this the sinus pain goes away. Besides all the great anti-microbial ingredients, the nourishing qualities of Black Cumin are an added benefit. As far as dosage, I often find that one is enough, but two is great when I need a stronger dose. The pill size is a bit large, but they're easy to break in half to make them easier to swallow (sometimes I bite them in half or in thirds).
