this not the first time that I order this product, high dose

It gives good combo of A D K together in an easy capsule. The dosage is quite high though so I take it every other day. Fat soluable vitamins will build up in the system. Not sure of the quality. Also add vitamin E to complete the stack. Haven't noticed any negatives or positives.

ordered this because of friend of mine has had great success and proven results of vit d levels with blood work taking this supplement.

This little capsule packs quite the punch. Compare it to other brands and you'll see the large dose of Vit D and Vit K in this little package. Makes it easy to swallow with all the great benefits of all three vitamins. I haven't had a cold sore in over 3 years whereas before I started taking these I used to get them 4 to 5 times a year. My joints feel better, and my overall immune system in vastly improved as I haven't had a cold in 3 years. Definitely worth the price for good health.
