These are non-salt cured anchovies, tasty enough to eat straight out of the tin. The tin includes minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil, perfect for drizzling onto salads, pastas, pizzas etc. The anchovies are small and very firm, with a texture very similar to canned tuna. Delicious 👍💯

These are consistently one of my favorite tins of fish and by far my favorite from Patagonia specifically. The anchovies are always firm but tender, olive oil is quality, and garlic is just enough. I recommend these to people who are looking to get into tinned fish.
Hight quality, delicious anchovies! The combination of olive oil and garlic is giving amazing taste! Anchovies itself are big and tasty with some little saltines! Amazing!
Can't go wrong with Patagonia Provisions fish. I loved the roasted garlic that goes so well with the White Anchovies. Might be a little salty so eat it with some veggies or biscuit. Will buy again when it goes on sale.
I bought it for the packaging and was really curious about Patagonia food products. It’s really yummy but salty! Makes sense if you’re actually bringing this on a hike and you need that salty kick to make up for lost energy. But I’m just here in my PJs whipping up a little meal for breakfast and the exceeding saltiness is not needed. Buy it once to try at least though.
Patagonia tinned seafood products are pricey but worth it. The quality, texture and flavor are great and go well with a lot of things, like salads, pasta or crackers.
Not your salty anchovies, fresh tasting and the roasted garlic is perfect yet subtle. Patagonia items are typically above average quality, also larger tin than other brands
Knowing I love the salty, strong tasting flat Italian anchovies, I ordered these Spanish anchovies. I was surprised to discover the delicacy of these small, intact fish. I've now expanded my love for anchovies. They are now on my subscription list.
The Patagonia Anchovies are nothing like those briny, salty anchovies you use for cooking. These anchovies are more like sardines, but slightly firmer and more mild in taste. When you open the tin, flip them upside down on a plate or in a bowl to get the full effect of the flavorful garlic oil. Eat them plain, mix them up with some arugula and white beans. Always keep a can on hand for a treat.
The quality of the fish if very good. The taste us delicious and has little ingredients. The size of the packaging is good and the product has many uses.
