BioTrust Low Carb is the perfect mixture for shakes, especially when fresh fruit is added to the blender. For chocolate lovers, add a tablespoon or so of dark chocolate unsweetened cocoa powder. Add coffee to that for a great mocha. This product is great for keto diets. Leaves me feeling sated as well, so not inclined to snack between meals. This makes for a great meal substitute.
