the item has 20g of whey protein which is high for a serving,and tastes good imo. it also mixes well with cold water. there's caffeine and not sure why there's sea salt added but I would buy again.

Quick & easy to go drink packets if you’re in a rush. Love including protein in my drinks when I go for a quick run especially on a hot day! Love the packets. The original flavor is perfect.
I ordered several different kinds of the Chike Protein Coffee and of all of them this one was my least favorite. I think that was because you could really taste the protein more than in the other flavors. Blends well, especially in a blender. Would recommend drinking with lots of ice.
