This product may or may not be effective, either way, I will not purchase it again. It’s far too small for the amount of money. It’s the size of eye drops and should be at least 30 ml for $30.00! Not to mention the dosage is quite a bit for such a small bottle. This is highway robbery as far as I’m concerned.
Bachs always rates a 10. If I give my dog 2 drops, he’s out like a light. Doesn’t touch my insomnia but it’s another level.

this is the product to take before you go to sleep, and you feel a bit anxious and you're afraid that it will take you forever to fall asleep, just a few drops, and you just sleep. I don't recommend using it every day because then your body will get used to it, but if it's just for one of those days, then go for it.
