I was looking for an oat bar to give me a good amount of protein and energy in the middle of the day that tasted good. This did just the job! I feel like this is meant for toddlers and far beyond that age group, but I felt that it did just the job. My only complaint would be that the size and amount in each container feels like too little for what you're paying.

Quality, ingredients & taste is just right & not sweet. Packing is individually pack. But for an age of a toddler dislikes. she just smash it playing it with like dough ....🥲 is a mess.
