I used to have the neilmed sinus rinse sachet made for the 8oz so I've always had to estimate-divide it in half which is always inaccurate. This sachet is perfect for the 4oz bottle which is what we have. The formulation is just nice for children, my kids don't complain about their nasal rinse with this.

I use it for my 2 years old kid and for myself, too. With help of this bottle, it cleans the nose much more better than the standard sea watter products from pharmacies.
