They help calm and balance the tension and anxiety in my emotional 9 year old. Taste really good. We don't use every day, only on the days when he needs some help balancing his emotions. After 2 gummies, he seems to be more positive and relaxed. Not drowsy or any sort of sedated or high. Just balanced.
