Good quality supplement with seemingly fresh ingredients (the violet color of bilberry is preserved). It is practical to buy a large size (more capsules) for a more affordable price per capsule. I take this for my vision and for its antioxidant effect. Good packaging ensures prolonged potency. I also like that the expiry date is still 2028.
