The product really delivers what it promises, and my boyfriend loves it! He says it gives him what he needs. I also like that it contains 2,500 mg of L-Citrulline with simple supporting ingredients. The quality is great, and we’re very satisfied. The tablet size is tolerable, but if you have difficulty swallowing it, you can cut it in half. 😊 Highly recommended, especially for men!

I took this in addition to ore workout supps and felt the additional boost. Only used in heavy days, would not recommend for every workout. To help with getting more blood flow throughout the body along with a proper diet eating habits.
I really enjoy taking l citrulline before my workouts. Two to three capsules about an hour before working out helps you feel the pump. The capsules are a little on the large size but the benefits are worth it.
