This supplement is meant to help to manage the Sun ☀️ UV lights on the body and just protect you from that and tanning. So, far seems to be working. I am very light skin and fair so I usually do tan very easy in the sun and this is had. I can notice that I don’t tan as easily as I would before. Pine bark extract is supposed to help adults and children with ADHD and concentation issues. It is the cheaper version of pycnogenol. I have not used it enough yet to say how well it works but will add to the review later if I think, it does make a bigger difference to how I feel.
