This is a high end quality product that contains one of the necessary ingredient in helping to repair and heal the mucosoa lining of the gut.Dosage is only 1 teaspoon mixed with water and when mixed it becomes gluppy but has a nice taste.The benefit to the body is unbelievable and is great in helping to calm down inflammation the body.Highly recommend this product.
I'm using this for the mucus lining for the stomach and intestines. I also like to use marshmallow root. I think either of these are great for that purpose. Don't use both at the same time.
