Nutricost TUDCA is the real deal when it comes to TUDCA, I prefer powdered supplements because they're generally clean with no fillers or preservatives; this powder is extremely bitter (liver love), but you can avoid the taste by putting the powder in capsules; I take it straight on my tongue with water, making sure to keep it on my tongue so it doesn't stick to my teeth or roof of mouth, and after a few seconds it congeals into a pill like form, then I swallow and chase it with a little snack to neutralize the bitter flavor.
