This supplement is one of the full complex that my doctor told me to take. I feel good while taking it, so I'm absolutly satisfied with the quality. It has no taste, the size is acceptable, package is good. It has a strong smell, but I'm ok with it.
I can't recommend this brand enough. They are formulated by a well respected naturopath and the capsules only contain nutrients. No cheap, additives like silicone dioxide or vegetable stearate. Highly recommend
I trust this brand. The ingredients are high quality. I have my mother took one bottle and she will be on the next one. Not sure if it’s working on her thyroid till she gets checked up soon, but I’ve seen slight improvement on her energy level. Will keep update!
Always been sceptical of supplements. But this one is actually working for me and its been proven in multiple studies. More energy, no brain fog, better sleep and sports performance/recovery. Strarted with half a dose (slight headache at the start) and built up to normal dose over a few weeks (headache is gone) Very satisfied! Wish my doctor would have suggested it instead of saying life with it
After doing some research, I found that selenium and myo-inositol are both known to support thyroid function and may help with thyroid antibodies. I searched online for a supplement that contained both, but a lot of the options had unnecessary additives and fillers until I found this one. I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my thyroid panel. My TPO antibody levels have also dropped significantly, although of course I can’t say for certain that the supplement is the reason. I’ll keep taking it and repeat my labs again in a few weeks to see how things continue. Hopefully, I’ve finally found the one that works for me! 🤞
My friend recommended this supplement ti me. I know it takes sime time to reach the effect but as for now i like itz it’s east to take. No smell and no taste. The capsules are small so ni problem
