This remedy is specifically tailored for growing bone pains and discomfort during adolescence. I've found it incredibly comforting for both myself and my kids during those restless nights of leg and bone soreness. Hard to say exactly what helped, but I believe it was beneficial to take this after a bone fracture. I took it religiously the first 5-6 weeks (the fracture, calcaneus, is about a 12 week recovery), along with Symphytum, another homeopathic known to help fractures. Borion is a trustworthy company, decades-long in the homeopathic business. The directions always say 5 pellets, but it is hard to get that amount, the dispensing twist top almost always gives me more or less than I want.

Glad to have found this product sold in a single tube. When Hylands started using aluminum on top of their cell salts I had to find a new supplier. Boiron is always good quality.
