Very high quality product but the taste of the green apple is not their best one. Preferred lemon berry or tropical punch. Lab Patented ingredient with instaminos was instantly felt and noticeable in the muscles. Great sized scoop and container for the price. Helped big time with endurance recovery, workout and diet

I’m on the hunt for the perfect green apple flavor — but unfortunately, this isn’t it. The taste is very artificial, and it lingers in your mouth for quite a while. Other than that, it mixes well and foams up a little, like many of these products do, but not in an unpleasant way. Can’t really say much about the effect — I drink it on an empty stomach and at least it doesn’t do me any harm. It also doesn’t give me that weird feeling some other products do.
