Source Naturals is one of the cheapest brands I know! I've used many of their products and have zero complaints! I take niacin to boost NAD levels, which in turn, support muscle function and energy by enhancing mitochondrial function. This assists the metabolism, as you are able to train harder and longer. I recommend starting low with your dose to avoid being overwhelmed by the flush, but eventually you can work your way up. I actually used this product specifically for its size (100 mg) to eventually titrate up.

Absolutely gets rid of Restless Leg syndrome when it hits! These niacin are potent and they even taste pretty good if you chew them to get them quickly into your bloodstream. There seems to be limited extraneous ingredients, only enough to bind it into an easy to swallow tablet. VERY happy with these! I’ve bought for many people I know because most Niacin is “No Flush” - to be clear this niacin WILL CAUSE A FLUSH - but the only way to get rid of restless leg is to get the nice, warm flush. Just take a little at a time. These pills are easy for that because you can just bite off a little at a time until you get to the right dosage for a slight flush. Been taking these for about 3 weeks, one tablet a day (100mg) as recommended. I definitely feel more energized during the day. I chose this instant release version over the sustained release (non-flush) version as it is reported to be less toxic to the liver. The flushing is mild, a little redness on the face, ears and forearms. After a week there is no more flushing. Good product, excellent value for money imo.

I've said it before : [ I have yet to take any supp from iherb and actually feel some effects. But then I'm healthy and maybe my body isn't crying out for anything.] but with this one I got a very itchy uncomfortable flush the first few times I took it. I take that as a good sign lol - finally a supp that you can actually feel doingsomething!!

Does give a flush!! It's supposed to (for most people). So please don't be alarmed if you take this and go as red as a lobster and every millimetre of your body itches. It will soon pass. I get less flush if taken with a large fatty meal. Mmm love fat. It helps sleep and circulation and a lot of other stuff. Niacin comes in various forms ... this one causes a flush be forewarned. I believe this form works the best for what i want it for.

took it for suspected methylation effects, a few days of supplementation was good then agitation and irritability.

Source Natural ingredients, size and quality are good. I had a very small flush until my body adjusted to the effects. It helps my metabolism and nervous system. The potency is low dose for now until I build up tolerance to the side effects.
