This is my first time buying glutamine from this brand. I like the taste; it's very pleasant. The package is large, so it lasts a long time. The supplement is very effective. I bought it to restore my gut health. I felt the benefits immediately. My bloating is gone. The ingredients are presented in a very interesting way. That's why I bought it.
Glutamine with the amino acid alanyl - This is a new supplement. I used to only take glutamine and decided to try this new supplement. I take it after strength training for better muscle relaxation.
I am taking this for my gut health. Since it is in the alanine-L-glutamine form, it absorbs faster and is better for the intestines, but it tastes too sweet, so I will switch to the basic version once I finish the two bottles I bought. Also, my tongue turns blue after taking it. I am taking it on an empty stomach. It tastes just like a soft drink. The packaging is also good.
It's too early to feel the results - but it's unbearably sweet. Will not purchase again...

I’ve been using Metabolic Nutrition T.A.G. (Blue Raspberry flavor) as part of my post-workout and training routine. It’s a supplement based on L-alanyl-L-glutamine, which is a more stable form of L-glutamine that may help with recovery and endurance. The ingredient profile is simple, with a focus on muscle support and hydration. The taste is tolerable — not amazing, but not bad either. It has an artificial berry flavor that gets better when mixed with more water. The size of the tub (400 g) is good value and lasts quite a while depending on your dosage. I’ve mostly taken it post-training, occasionally intra-workout. As for benefits, it's hard to say. I didn’t notice any dramatic difference in recovery or soreness, but it may still be helping in the background. It fits well into my diet and hasn’t caused any digestive issues, which is a plus. The quality seems decent overall, and the package is solid — a wide-mouth tub with a scoop included. This might work better for those doing intense or frequent training, but for moderate fitness levels, results may be more subtle.
The blue raspberry flavor tastes really good and isn’t too sweet. It mixes easily with water and doesn’t leave any clumps. I’ve noticed much faster recovery after workouts and way less muscle soreness. Definitely a great addition to my routine! It has good ingredients and quality. Definitely recommend.
This glutamic acid product crushes other products on the market in terms of ingredients, and tastes particularly good. It has a strong blueberry flavor when brewed. The quality is trustworthy, and fitness people are ecstatic.
