It's not easy to find a good quality vitamin C that includes bioflavonoids but no rose hips to which I am sensitive. This one is my all time favorite.

this form of vitamin c will give benefits all day instead of just short term like ascorbic acid. but ascorbic acid is better for collagen formation.
