Good creatine product. Mixes well tasteless. Awesome at counteracting sleep deprivation with a good 20mg dose of. Helped. My daughter a lot when taking 10mg before her exams. Reduced fatigue and helped with sharpness. I’ve since found a much cheaper creatine of equal quality that I can buy in bulk from a nz company.

This tub of creatine monohydrate from ProSupps contains 60 servings. That will provide me with two month’s supply of creatine (i only consume 1 scoop a day). It helps with my workouts, giving me that extra boost to do a few more reps. The taste is fine as it has no flavour. My only gripe with it is that the powder is pretty coarse. It has left tonnes of scratches on the inside of my protein shaker bottle. Never experienced this with other creatine powders from other brands.
