I like having tart cherry, turmeric and ginger in one easy to use liquid. I dilute with water to a concentration that tastes fine. For the price, 16 ounces is a great deal.
Tried once okay taste tried it with water a little bit bitter but felt great after using it no pain size okay package which it was plastic not glass this really helped after one glass so I can only image the benefits it’s a good drink u can mix it with anything I recommend two glasses a day

This is full of very beneficial ingredients but not too tasty. I have the bottle on the counter but don’t reach for it often. It’s kind of hard to get down. I mix with about 8 ounces of water and drink it fast. I like the glass bottle packaging.
