Pro-Gest®, Balancing Cream With Vitamin D3, 4 oz (112 g)

I've used this product for quite some time, and it seems to help marginally (not completely) with menopausal hot flashes. I like the larger size tube because it lasts me many months. I use a small dosage each day, a pea-sized amount morning and evening every day of the month except days 1-7 (package directions explain thoroughly). This is one of the higher quality progesterone creams on the market it seems, and I've been happy with the benefit of using it.

I bought this product for my daughter. I used progesterone cream in my 40's and recommended it to my daughter who is now in her 40's. She was skeptical. Told me there was other stuff on the market now. Well, she apparently loves this product and I'm going to order her a new batch. Early Christmas present. She says she definitely feels calmer, less jangly. More in control. Not to mention a definite reduction in hot flashes and sleep disturbance. This stuff really works. It absorbs well, no scent which is appreciated. I don’t know if my vitamin D levels have gone up but the progesterone certainly does its job.

This is perfect if you know that progesterone is what your body needs. I would definitely have saliva testing 1st to be sure which hormones are out of balance.

I have used this while waiting to get approved for HRT progesterone and it is really effective, I put it on before bed and it helps me sleep, also reduces my headaches, but is very gentle and natural. I now have progesterone tablets from the Dr but still keep some of this for when I run out. It works better for me that the coil, which was too much progesterone for my system.
