I’m honestly not sure about this one. The dosage is decent, size is great, easy to swallow softly. I’ve been taking it everyday and have yet to notice a difference, maybe I need to up the dosage. There’s no taste or scent, so that’s great.

The package contains 100 softgels – excellent quantity for a daily routine. Great absorption and high quality ingredients with no aftertaste.
Feeling great since started taking them. Size is small and go down easily with some water. I will know more about quality when i get tested again for Vitamin D levels
