Now, this is a very good K2 supplement. The K2 vitamin is in a fatty solution (see ingredients) that enhances absorption and the Vit E in the liquid is there to protect the K2 from degrading . I am on a high Vit D3 protocol and have tried several high dose K2 supplements (Mk7 and Mk4 both separately and in combination). I experience this one of Nature`s Life as the best thus far..... Benefit is that I really have less pressure on the kidney with this product, when taking 40.000 IU of D3 per day. That was not the case with many of the other K2 products, even when taking higher doses than with this one. So quality seems to be really really good!! You can easily adjust the dosage with the dropper (I take 2 dropper , 3 times a day) and I like the larger size of the bottle: 60 ml. Taste is actually really good. Prize is economical indeed for this amount of K2.

Vitamin k is necessary to take together with vitamin d so that the vitamin d goes into the bones and teeth. This liquid form is easy to take and has a good taste

The quality doesn’t seem bad! I usually settle for tablets so this is different but I don’t mind it at all! Great size and I feel like it would go a long way as well. It goes well with vit d3 so we will see how it goes! The ingredient seems fine as well.

Great quality and size You can adjust the dosage as you need. Taste is very good. I give 3 drops to my kids with their vitamin D. It can last long time, you have to save it in the fridge. I can’t tell what it do to the body, it’s not something we can observe but everyone taking vitamin D has to take vitamin k2 to protect their arteries.

It’s got a bit of a citrusy taste but nothing to overbearing. I take this with my high dose vitamin d and it’s a great way to have better absorption of my vitamin D. Good quality. Size is quite big and should last more than a couple months.

This benefits me alot together with my vit.d3 in high dosage for healing reason..the quality is really good i must say..taste blueberry and it sweet doesnt have any bitter taste..size is ok for the prize.. if your taking high dosage of vit.d3 this one is good to take ingredients as well...in every 100mcg of k2 is 10.000 iu of vit.d3 drops is nice to mix together and its easy to take...along with other supplements im taking everyday😊...
