bought it for the first time and it seems good quality. vitamin K1 is very high, which is especially suitable for people who usually eat less vegetables. Supplementation is very necessary. High quality, comes in a large ball size, standard size of Vitamans with no taste when swallowed. will surely recommend this product.

I ordered this Vitamin K because the quality looks great for the cost. I really like that it comes in vegetarian capsules. The size of the bottle is fine and the capsules are very simple to take with my meals. I haven't seen a miracle yet, but I know it's a good addition for my health. The package arrived safely and sealed well. It does its job perfectly for a good price.

I thought I would benefit from doing the entire range of vitamins, so I got this one as well. As to its specific benefits, I cannot comment, but on the whole my biological age/health has improved, that is obvious to me. Quality is good, as far as I can tell and as to the ingredients, the capsules can be opened easily, which I found beneficial.

Works well. Can only get from U.S. as 1000 size not available in Canada. Easy to take. No bad flavour or aftertaste. highly recommend.
