Good enough Vitamin D supplement for deficiency. I get some from my multivitamin so I may get a lower dose next time. I have shown up with a deficiency in my blood so it is recommended. I'll keep taking some to supplement.
Had some bad side effects from D3, so decided to try D2. Will stick to D2 now as much easier with side effects.
I haven't been taking the Vit D2 long enough to rate its effectiveness but will know after about 3 or 4 months. quality will be determined in about the same amount of time.
