Sport, Liposomal Creatine, 360 Vegetable Capsules (625 mg per Capsule)

I do weight lifting and strength training at the gym and I take creatine to help with muscle recovery. I have tried many brands and forms of creatine and I really like codeage's version. The capsules are easy to swallow and there's not odd aftertaste. I do not take as many capsules as the directions calls for and can still feel the benefit. I like the fact that it is allergen free and made in the usa. Will definitely repurchase!

Codeage is known for their high-quality supplements. These liposomal creatine capsules are great to take when I travel (At home, I'll use the Codeage's creatine monohydrate powder). 4 capsules provide 2500 mg of creatine monohydrate. The capsules are vegan, non-GMO, and keto friendly. Creatine supports exercise strength and stamina. More and more research is showing the positive benefits of creatine monohydrate. For someone in my age range (above 50) it's been very helpful. Check with your Doctor/nutritionist to see if they think it's right for you. If you're already using creatine, this formula is excellent & clean.

I've been using this product for about a year now and have no issues with it. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I can't say I feel a huge difference, but I also have no complaints and assume that I'm getting the benefits of creatine while taking. I choose this brand because I trust them with some of the other supplements I take.

One of the best purchases I've made through iherb. This supplement has helped heal a pulled groin muscle that I've suffered with for months. Codeage is a good brand without fillers from the usual brands. I haven't experienced any side effects. This will remain in my regular supplement stack.

One of my favorites!!! Excellent quality!! I take 2 before and 2 after my Pilates session!! It does help!!!

Truly love this brand. The quality and price are amazing. Always take creatine after workout and feel better.

Regarding this product, i note that the product is made from quality material and ingredient in phospholipid matrix which claimed enhanced absoption. I am not tol sure on the actual result for this as i just started. Easy to swallow as its in vegetable Capsules 625mg. Daily 4 capsules. its for me to build my muscle and easy for me to take along when travelling.

Capsules are on the larger side but are still easy to take. It’s a bit annoying that you need to take 4 daily but the packaging size matches that.

For the price, this product works very well; you get a lot in the package, and the quality is very good. Ingredients are as advertised

I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The ingredients seem well-formulated, and it fits easily into my daily routine. I’ve noticed subtle improvements in energy and focus, with no negative side effects so far. The capsules are easy to take, and the packaging is clean and professional. While it’s not a magic fix, it complements my diet and training well. As with any supplement, consistency matters — and individual results may vary. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re looking to support your overall wellness or performance goals.
