If added to food, make sure you drink at least 1/2 cup of water 15 minutes or sooner after consuming this, and at least 1 cup of water an hour later or else = constipation. This cleans out your digestive tract very well. It's pretty tasteless, so I would usually add approximately 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp to food during each meal. Sometimes, I would also add it to water, coffee, or tea.
