I bought this after reading two books that mention the benefit of this tea. I don't use it too frequently, as I've read you shouldn't drink it too often. Because of this, I know this tea will last a while as the bag is big. I use this tea with my other teas to create a nutrient rich tea that I drink about twice a week.
I'm drinking this for hair growth and to give some support to healing muscles. Seems to be good quality.
I drink this herb as a morning tea to help me with bronchitis that I tend to get once in a while. I will drink it for a month, then take a break.

I can say that it did not help for hair loss either as topical tea soak or internally. So silica/ mineral deficiency was definitely not the issue.
Would have loved if starwest botanicals had equisetum hyemale as it is the best but this does it too
Good quality organic ingredients, I can't say it tastes too good, but drink it for health benefits. The packaging comes with a zip lock, which makes it convenient to lock in the freshness after opening.
