This is good for its wound healing benefits, especially when used topically. Be careful, since this shouldn't be ingested or used for those sensitive to light or people with sensitive skin/eyes. I bought this to help with my digestion, and it’s been working. My digestion is much better now, and my sleep and mood have improved too, which was a nice bonus. The large package will last a while. The taste is a bit strong, but I like it — I add a little honey and drink it twice a day.
