I switched to fluoride-free toothpaste a while ago, and honestly, I’m glad I did. I don’t have to worry about accidentally swallowing a bit and overdoing the fluoride, which is great for peace of mind—especially if you’re like me and already get some from water or other sources. My mouth actually feels fresher without that weird aftertaste some regular toothpastes leave, and it’s been gentler on my gums too. Plus, knowing it’s safer for kids if they swallow a little is a bonus. It still cleans well—polishes my teeth nicely—and I like that some brands add things like xylitol or herbal extracts for extra freshness without the chemical overload.
it's quite gentle it got rid of sensitivity, it does whiten my teeth a bit I would know w/in 8 weeks to see full results. Use easily size quality good not sure about age use the package is cute had alot of benefits clean teeth very well the flavor is good
I already gave kudos to this toothpaste (quality, taste, effectiveness, lack of sugary thickness), but happy that I got it in this travel friendly size. The only issues are it's rather pricey for the small size & the metal tube can be rather hard to work with when most of the paste is gone. it's very crinkled in thick folds, but generally doable.

I love the true peppermint flavor of this toothpaste. It gently cleans my sensitive teeth and feels great. I also like the quality ingredients, the recyclable metal packaging. It makes brushing less of a chore and I'm enjoying the benefits of my dentist not being mad at me when I use it after every meal!
