i gave to my 12 year old kid because he does not drink much milk. This product is written for teenagers. Thats why i got it even the price is not that cheap. The capsule is quite big at first. But now he gets used to swallow it. Better to take it in the morning after breakfast i think. But need to drink lots of water after

This has everything needed for your bone quality and keep the quantity of bone in the body. I'm glad I saw it on here because I was about to buy a more expensive brand with the same nutriment in it. At the moment I take this plus strontium I buy on here from Nutricost 750mg. I will do a 6 months on it then lower to 375 as maintenance. I take many other bone building products I buy here too, Collagen, K2 extra, Magnesium, MSM... I will continue buying this bone xtra to ensure I don't louse bone density. My Dexa scan is schedule around 8 months from now so I am hoping to get great results by then

These vitamins are really working good, my son have had pain in muscles in the leg because of the calsiums requirements and after taking these pills the pain has been finished

This seems like a good product with many useful vitamins and minerals for bone strength including plant calcium. However, it could be better as the vitamin C is the cheap acidic Ascorbic acid, something people with severe osteoporosis need to avoid!
