When you apply it, there is no uniform layer that covers the entire eyelid, and if you try to apply it again when it is wet, it takes off the color, and if you try when it is dry, it starts to crumble. Disappointing

This are beautiful but they're composition is very liquidity I cannot get them to remain on the eyes throughout the day they smell lovely and have great color and pigment but as eyeshadow they either need to be dried before or the weather effects greatly how long they last I won't be buying this again
