It was suggested to take during workout. And also during menopause. It reliefs most of the symptom. I tried it. Now have been using it for the last 2 years. Feel relief. Tha capsules size are a bit big, package is big enough for a few month. Feel energy and more relaxed after taking it. Quality is good. Ingredients in 1 capsule is also enough to-take 2 a day.

The packaging is perfect. The Beta-alanine supplementation is recommended on an occassional basis. I usually pair it when I have to eat some high protein meal. I’ve been taking Nutricost Beta-Alanine capsules regularly, usually one or two capsules before workouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any strong taste or smell — much easier than powders. After a few weeks of use, I noticed improved endurance during high-intensity workouts: I’m able to push a little harder and longer, and I feel less fatigue toward the end of sets.
