I have dry mouth when I sleep, and without this, I wake up because of it. I just use one tablet and put it between my cheek and my gum, and it allows me to have an uninterrupted sleep because it helps my natural saliva to moisten my mouth. I don’t sleep without this!
This is the only brand of moisturizing tablets I buy anymore. As they tend to be out of stock often, I’ll try a new flavor if the one I originally wanted is out of stock. I love that the packaging comes in 2 different sizes, so I can try a new flavor in a smaller size. This watermelon flavor is the sweetest out of all the flavors and has an artificial watermelon candy taste.

I have tried several brands lately and these are not an item that has a lot of choices in the market. I would say these are the second best for the most part, but maybe the best as far as the healthiest for me. Pros - good flavor, good texture and not too sticky, and are in a bottle and don't have to be unwrapped. Cons - sweetened with sugar alcohol, better than actual sugar but not ideal, and small size, which means I wake up several times at night and take another. Use them nightly.

I am so grateful for you getting my package of this and the Biotene Spray, and other tablets. This is not for my dry mouth. I depend on all of these products to swallow. I have very significant problems and have no saliva. I must have surgery at UVA, but things keep going wrong. In the meantime, this is all I have to help me from choking to death. I must have them and cannot run out. Thank you for braving dangerous weather to get them to me. I so appreciate it.

The watermelon flavor is nice and refreshing. It helps with dry mouth but the effect doesn’t last very long. Overall good, but I wish the moisture stayed longer.
