I was getting hot flashes in the middle of the night, which was causing me to sleep deprived every day, and then I read in an article that black cohosh was effective. I tried it, and the hot flashes went away if I took it regularly, but if I forgot and didn't take it for 2 or 3 days, the hot flashes came back, so I realized it was working. The capsules are the same size as Japanese capsules, so they're not difficult to swallow. I'll keep taking them.
Unlike other products that contain 40 or 80 mg, here there is 250 mg, which is relatively high, and with a percentage of active ingredient of 2.5%. A very nice and high dosage compared to similar products.
