I take vitamin K for bone health, and this is one of the brands my doctor recommends as providing quality, professional-grade ingredients. Vital Nutrients is a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified company. It uses an outside organization to independently test their products for quality. I also like that the dosage is just right for my needs and the capsules are small and very easy to swallow.
Provides Targeted Bone and Artery Health Support Dietary Supplement Gluten-Free and Hypoallergenic Vegan and Non-GMO Vitamin K2-7 (menaquinone) supports bone and cardiovascular health. Vitamin K2-7 supports healthy bone mineralization by acting as a cofactor in the carboxylation of osteocalcin, allowing calcium to bind to this protein in the extracellular matrix of bone. Vitamin K2-7 also supports healthy cardiac and vascular function. This form of Vitamin K concentrates in the tissues of the arteries, where it aids in carboxylation of Matrix Gla Protein to help maintain normal calcium metabolism and support healthy vascular elasticity. Additionally vitamin K2 may help support healthy lipid levels and glucose metabolism. Although frank vitamin K deficiency is rare, research suggests the Western diet may not contain sufficient Vitamin K2-7 to optimize carboxylation of Gla outside the liver. Higher dietary intakes of K2 have been associated with healthy levels of arterial calcification and elasticity. Compared to other forms of Vitamin K, Vitamin K2-7 has a longer half-life, resulting in more stable levels in the body. For best absorption, take with a mixed meal or some healthy dietary fat.

I love this product because of the high quality ingredient and high dosage.
Great product. Quality ingredients. There is no taste. I take this in combination with my D3.
Perfect to match with Vitamin D3. The dosage and size of the pill is great. The quality of the ingredients is good too
Small, gentle capsules that are easy to swallow. The most user-friendly product I have found in terms of ingredients and the most appropriate dosage for personal needs.
Expensive but qood quality and potency, just need more for the price
This high dose Vit k2 is great. It contains high quality ingredient.
These are high quality and such a great fit for my low bone density.
I am 40 years old and have osteopenia, and so I am taking this in this hopes that it will help protect against further bone density loss. I take this daily in addition to drinking 16 oz of milk and taking 2000 IU Vitamin D and Carlson Vit. K2 MK-4 (Menanetrenone) 5 mg.
My fiancé loves these. Excellent alongside D3 and magnesium. Important to move D3 from getting stuck in arteries.
