As I am taking 7 keto DHEA I read that it's good to also take Pregnenolone after 50 - so I started with low doses. First i halved the capsules to take 5 mg for 10 days and then I went on to take the whole capsule. No negative reactions, so I think it's ok. Perhaps I'll even go as high as 20 or 30 mg in time. So far, so good. I'll keep on buying this particular product as I love Nutricost - they have nice clean products and a good price.

This was the only option which had 10 mg that I found, the doctor recommended 60 mg so I can use this one plus a 50 mg one.

Capsule size is small and easy to swallow. No weird taste. Unsure about the effectiveness but half way through I had stopped as my face and body getting pimples. I will resume back again when pimples subsided.
If you are low in progesterone it’s must have but first consult with your gynecologist. I will buy it once more for sure .
