Added this to my stack of supplements. I didn't notice a specific difference in movement or performance but also as part of a vigorous daily supplementation system the effects may have been subtle or in coordination with other supplements.
I'm clear on the idea that this is good stuff. I left it off my shopping list once and regretted it. It keeps my digestion system working when it needs help and has other benefits as well that no doubt arise from keeping your digestive system working. But it is getting far more expensive and I worry about that.
