This was again the most affordable Taurine product I could find. The benefits are noticeable and help in getting sleep and correct adrenal fatigue. It relaxes muscles too. The taste is neutral, easy to take as part of healthy diet. The powder composition blends well into water. I take it three times a day.
I feed a feral cat colony. I can't afford the best food, but I add a spoonful of taurine which helps keep them healthy, esp for kittens.

However, the weight and servings listed for the product were incorrect, upon weighing the actual weight was 247.67g (over a serving short) using a calibrated, pharmaceutical scale. Very annoying as I was mixing up pre workout with very specific measurements and this fell short.
