Sulphorophane is a great quality product. Love the clean ingrediants, the size of capsule is medium and there'sno foul taste. I am currently taking half the dosage as it is quite powerful. I started seeing improvement in my sleep after the first dose as I think it helps my body clear excess circulating estrogen.

I bought this because the reviews were good and this is supposed to be a quality brand. I haven’t been very consistent because of the holidays. The size of the capsule is ok. I don’t see the benefits as yet. I can say there is no taste thankfully and I’m hoping to see some benefits soon. If there are I will update my review.
