Used it for the first time today and I don’t think it works. Followed the directions and used the recommended 8 pumps. I still felt menstrual pain throughout my day with no soothing or calm. I continue to use it and provide another review if there’s a change but so far it’s a no from me. I’ve heard great things about raspberry tea might try that next.
