Holy Basil, 2 fl oz (59 ml)

My favorite is the one from herb Pharma. But right now it’s not being offered in the country I’m staying in. So I got this as a second option. And I have to say I like it. It’s strong, potent, and I can feel its effects. Typically, I find that tinctures that are made using alcohol are stronger… This is a glycerin base, but it’s almost as good. Holy basil is wonderful for adrenal support, and help with stressful times. I recommend this one, though it is a bit too pricey.

It's delicious and easy to drink. I add a few drops to mineral water and drink it. I will buy another bottle after I finish one. I feel like my skin troubles before my period have improved a little, but I've only had one bottle so I don't know if this is the effect.

I drink it according to the scheme for stress, but the dispenser is not very convenient, it is better to measure with a pipette. It helps immediately.

The tincture needs to be added to water or tea and I do not like after taste .

This is a lovely strong tincture. Has that classic holy basil taste, so I can tell it's legit. Helps with sleep and relaxation.

I would say its a good quality product but i havent notice any particulat benefit so far to be honest. maybe some very mild. the packaging is convenient and practical. i like the glass bottle and the pump it comes with. it has herbaly taste but alcohol is still dominant one.
