This is working great for my 4 year old and she takes it easily. I noticed that she pays better attention when she takes this and she sleeps better. We are taking 1 in the morning and 1 after dinner before brushing teeth. However, I ran out of my Magnesium and took 2 of these chews. As an adult, it worked fine but I did not like the chewy stickiness of the gummy on my teeth. It was remedied by brushing my teeth which was no problem. I do like that it has 100mg per gummy and that it is NOT covered in sugar.
