I got this because it has glucosamine sulfate, N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine, and MSM… all of which is good for the joints and skin, in addition to the kidneys and urinary system in general… because this is formulated for the urinary system, it also has D-Mannose and organic cranberry (organic is important with cranberries, as it’s often a GMO product otherwise)… although I could do without some of the inactive ingredients, this formulation is ideal for my two shih tzu (in which are more susceptible to hip dysplasia and kidney issues, as they age)… my dogs are not crazy about the taste however, and with the full dosage per their size, they simply will not eat their food (even with ribeye chopped up and used as a topper)… I plan to subtly add little by little to see if my dogs adjust to its taste… I also have four cats, and as it is well known, they are prone to a whole host of urinary issues (even stress related at young ages) in addition to being high risk for kidney disease in their latter years… so I got this for use with my cats as well… (like this formulation was suited perfectly for ALL six of my animals) but unfortunately, my cats do not like it either! I also plan to add it subtly to their food as well, but it’s doubtful they will not smell it even in the smallest of quantities, as cats smell far better than dogs… I wish this was just unflavored, but that’s virtually impossible with tart cranberries as an ingredient I know! So all in all, it’s exactly what I wanted, but it’s also useless, if I cannot get my animals to eat anything with this added in it! I will say though, my animals are incredibly spoiled, and they are just ridiculously picky in general, BUT on the other hand, there are a couple of select supplements NONE of my animals mind being added to their food, so who knows… maybe other pets will eat it, maybe not!

It really helped my cat with a UTI, and I’m glad my cat has no issues with the taste—it mixes easily with food and goes unnoticed!

I have been using this product for over a year now,it was branded DR Mercola before. I starting using it after my dog had major surgery for bladder stones. I wanted to use something that promotes good bladder health and helps to keep urinary tract in food condition. Sprinkle in my dogs food everyday,and I'm pleased to say that so far he has not had an stones return or bladder infections

Was very beneficial for my cat while he had UTI and prevention. The package is big and enough for very long time. Tastes good so he doesn’t refuse the food when the supplement is mixed in. The d mannose quantity is not high enough in the product, worth paying attention.

Quality and ingredients seem good - have been sprinkling this to my cat’s wet food in small quantities and he appears to be okay with the taste. This has kept his UTI at bay, at least for the time being. The jar is medium sized and goes a long way!

Natural ingredients good quality useful for my cats packing is nice and good size

My dog has urinary leakage since being spayed and takes medication to strengthen her muscles. I believe any urinary support supplement can only help. This one is cute and gentle- she’s still on her meds, so I can’t say if it makes a difference yet, but I trust it doesn’t hurt.
