I love it! Started drinking it because I wanted to stop taking melatonin. After 1 cup I’m already sleepy . The quality is great, tastes nice (I drink without sugar). My age is 20 so I’m not a baby 😂 but still useful. I drink it every day as part of my diet at the end of the day when I’m ready to finish my day.
