N-Acetyl Cysteine, 1,000 mg, 120 Tablets

NAC should have a strong sulfur smell. This NAC does. Tablet is large but easily swallowed because of its smooth coating. Higher dose of 1000mg helps with the detox. I take it with selenium, and Herb Pharm Cilantro, and Herb Pharm Liver detox to remove heavy metals and other junk. Recent test results show this combination works as my levels of mercury have reduced drastically and feeling much better overall. Took years to find this combination, thank God I did!

I believe there are many health benefits of using NAC. I have been taking it for some time already. N-acetyl cysteine is a powerful cysteine and glutathione precursor. Glutathione is a major antioxidant. I take it 2 to 3 times in week as preventive measure, and when I feel like I'm going to catch a cold I take it more often.

After all the terrible things I read that NAC smells super bad, I was expecting the worst. It's not THAT smelly. It just smells like boiled eggs, and I wouldn't say strongly. You're supposed to swallow it, not smell it :D

It's very nice that there are lots of tablets in the bottle and the concentration is also quite high. Something that is quite hard to find in my country. It does stink a bit, but if you put it in your mouth and taste it, it just tastes like a strong vitamin C
