True feedback. I have been drinking these capsules for about 2 weeks. I can already see the effect - my thin and brittle nails have started to grow stronger. The quality of this company is top notch. Capsules should be taken after a meal, and it is advisable not to drink coffee or tea while taking this drug for at least 2-3 hours so that group B vitamins do not leave the body quickly.
My nails break easily and I have hair loss, so I took this, and my hair loss has decreased. My nails don't break either. I took other nutritional supplements, but this product is noticeably effective. I bought it on sale, so I think I'll buy it again when I finish it.
The ingredients and composition are good and clean. But it's hard to say whether it's effective. I haven't seen any major changes in my skin or hair. It isn't cheap either...
High quality ingredients, size of the pills is fine, no taste. But I did not really notice a difference when taking these. A few times I got a bloated belly after taking the capsules, maybe the probiotics did not work well for me.
The smell is beautiful, easy to use, the quality is large, the size is large, the lifespan is good for everyone, the package is insanely shaped, the benefit is high, the formula and repetition are sensitive, and the moisturizing is very gentle
